Skill-sets: Candidates must have prior success calling on Presidents and Sales Managers of medium to large companies in a highly competitive market where your product or service was not the low price option. A 4-year degree or comparable work experience is a plus. This position is geared for individuals who embrace change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at building long-term customer relations. The ability to work with vinyl, latex and nitrile products is required.

Responsibilities:

Generate, qualify, and convert prospects into clients

Establish rapport, develop customer relationships and provide exceptional service by providing creative solutions to a companys challenge.

Must be committed to customer care and expertly handle inquiries, concerns and requests.

Expand existing market share with clients by introducing Ammex portfolio of products to parallel with clients needs.

Demonstrate awareness of the importance of projecting a professional image for self, products, and Ammex.

Professionalism and alignment with Ammexs strategic objectives is required.

Some travel required.

We have an immediate opening for an experienced controller.

CONTROLLER Job # 1-2010

Position:

This position will be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will lead all financial and operational accounting activities for the North American business. The primary responsibilities will include closing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial books, accurately (according to GAAP) and timely. Other primary responsibilities will include the oversight of the North American operational accounting process, including Accounts Receivables, Credit Management, Collections, Accounts Payable and Payroll. This will include supervising the staff executing these duties as needed.



Duties:

* Responsible for North America's month end closing, and Financial Statement preparation.

* Prepare, review and approve balance sheet account reconciliations.

* Responsible for preparing all statutory and tax requirements for the North American business.

* Manage interim and annual external audits/reviews.

* Manage accounting operations.

* Assist in the development of monthly forecasts and annual budgets.

* Make recommendations and implement procedures to streamline accounting processes and improve timeliness, accuracy, usefulness, and format of financial reporting to management.

* Builds business relationships with all disciplines and Ammex entities.

* Provide leadership, coaching and development to team members.

* Willingness to work the hours needed to meet a deadline.

* International travel as required.



Experience:

* Bachelors Degree in Accounting.

* Working knowledge of US GAAP.

* 3-5 years experience in financial close process, budgeting and forecasts and financial analysis.

* Experience managing Accounting Operations including Credit.

* Strong Attention to detail.

* Great Plains Experience.



Pluses:

* Mandarin or Spanish language skills.

* High growth experience.

* International experience.

* CPA
