AMMEX Shipping & Delivery Policy

Items ordered through Ammex.com are shipped UPS for domestic orders. A street address is required for delivery. Merchandise will be delivered via standard ground transportation, which takes 2-6 business days. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 1-2 business days. You should be able to expect delivery within 10 business days .

Shipping & Delivery
We try to ship every order as quickly as possible. Currently, we can only ship within the contiguous U.S., Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary. In general, you should be able to expect delivery within 10 business days.

Always inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing and contact us at 800-274-7354.

Backorders
If an item is on backorder we will notify you via email.

Refused Order
If you refuse an order you will be credited less shipping charges after the merchandise is received in our warehouse.
