60-day satisfaction guarantee
At AMMEX Corporation (“AMMEX”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason an original end user purchaser is (“you” are) not satisfied with an AMMEX®, AMMEX® PROFESSIONAL, GLOVEWORKS®, X3®, or GLOVEPLUS® branded product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the AMMEX Corporation 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (the “Guarantee”) is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact complaints@ammex.com and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail any remaining unused product to AMMEX, or provide other information to assist AMMEX in processing your request.
If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your product to AMMEX if requested to do so, and submit any requested materials you have not already provided such as a proof of purchase.
You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of original purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase. If you are provided a refund under the Guarantee, please allow four to six weeks for AMMEX to process your refund following receipt of all submitted materials.
Guarantee Guidelines
AMMEX reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where AMMEX concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. AMMEX may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
